ABOUT THE PROJECT

“Wealth of the Nation. Contemporary”is a modern interactive light and music installation that rethinks the national values ​​of Kazakhstan through the language of space, light and sound. The project creates an open environment for communication, movement and personal interaction, where a person becomes part of the artistic scenario. The installation works like a living system: it responds to presence, touch and movement, turning abstract meanings into sensory experience.

ARCHITECTURAL COMPOSITION

The project is based on an ensemble of14 vertical light columns4 meters high and 710 mm in diameter, located around a circle with a diameter of 14 meters. The composition forms a clear architectural rhythm and a closed but open space for movement.

Columns formcircle of values– a symbol of integrity, balance and unity, in the center of which is a person.

NATIONAL VALUES

Each column symbolizes one of the 14 key wealth of Kazakhstan, combined into two semantic groups:

Historical values:

• Urpak sabaktastygy (Continuity of generations)
• Madeniet (Culture)
• Bilim (Knowledge)
• Birlik (Unity)
• Erkindik (Freedom)
• Meymandostyk (Hospitality).

Modern values:

• Adami capital (Human capital)

• Tabigatpen uylesim (Harmony with nature)
• Adildik (Justice)
• Alemge ashyktyk (Openness to the world)

• Bolashak (Future).

DIGITAL DNA OF THE COUNTRY

Integrated on the surface of each columncut codes, forming an additional visual and semantic layer of the project.
They include:

• digital sequences associated with key dates in the history of Kazakhstan,
• geographical coordinates of significant territories,
• numerical interpretations of cultural and philosophical concepts,
• encrypted elements of the Kazakh alphabet and national ornament.

These codes turn the installation into a metaphorcountry’s digital DNA, connecting the past, present and future.

THE CENTER OF THE COMPOSITION IS THE POINT OF ATTRACTION

In the center of the circle is locatedround podium with a diameter of 4 meters, with a detailed relief map of modern Kazakhstan, covered with impact-resistant glass. The podium is intended for relaxation, communication and contemplation and symbolizes the territorial and semantic core of the country. A person literally finds himself inside the map – in the center of a circle of values ​​and meanings.

SEVEN RADIAL CIRCLES OF LIGHT

Between the central podium and the columns there areseven concentric radialRGB-light rings.
They symbolize:

• stages of development of the state and personality,
• the path from roots to future,
• continuous movement of time and energy.

INTERACTIVITY: LIGHT, SOUND AND TOUCH

The installation is built as a live response system.

When touching the column:

• an individual light scenario is activated,
• the light begins to move vertically, creating the effect of “breathing” and “revival”,
• a unique sound image is activated, designed specifically for each value.

Each column has its own light character, sound identity and emotional intonation.

ARCHITECTURE AND MATERIALS

The columns are made on the basisinternal stainless steel frameensuring reliability and durability.
Outer shell –white light-diffusing monolithic polycarbonate, creating a soft, uniform glow.
Decorative elements are made of perforated stainless steel.

The soft internal glow remains expressive during the day, and at night the installation turns into a large-scale light landscape.

NEW URBAN IDENTITY

“Wealth of the Nation”designed as:

• a new point of attraction for residents and tourists,
• space for dialogue between generations,
• modern cultural symbol of Kazakhstan.

Thousands of photographs and videos are born here, spreading the image of the project far beyond the location. The installation combines art, technology and public space into one seamless object.

FINAL FORMULA OF THE PROJECT

“Wealth of the Nation. Contemporary”is a circle of values, where each column becomes a living interlocutor, and each person becomes part of the cultural code of modern Kazakhstan.
