"Pterodactyls"
Kinetic art installation (concept)
The return of legends through kinetic art
“Pterodactyls” transport the viewer to the prehistoric sky: seven kinetic figures of pterodactyls, recreated in actual size , gracefully fly in the atrium of the building, forming dynamic compositions . Light, movement and sound are combined into an aerial performance, where architectural space becomes a stage.
Idea and image
Inspired by the plastic flight of pterodactyls, we created living sculpture , uniting realism And kinematic mechanics . Smooth synchronization of mechanisms creates a feeling real presence — as if ancient giants were actually gliding over the audience.
Dynamics and sound
Programmable kinetic actuators align various flight configurations . Original sound effects , referring to natural timbres, enhance immersion and turn the show into air theater .
