ABOUT THE PROJECT
“Radiance of Unity” transforms individual steps into a unified light-and-music composition. Curved lines of light connect the peripheral buttons to a central point. Children and adults send colored pulses to the center and back, exchange light responses, and together create a shared radiance. The light moves to the rhythm of the music, making each participant’s contribution a visible part of the collective performance.
INTERACTION SCENARIOS
- My Beam. A participant steps on a peripheral button, triggering a music sequence and a light effect that travels along their path toward the center and back. The peripheral buttons work even when no one is in the center.
- At the center of the glow. The participant stands on the central button. Colored waves radiate along curved lines toward the peripheral elements, revealing the composition in time with the music.
- • Light Dialogue. Participants in the center and on the periphery take turns pressing buttons, exchanging light responses. Repeated presses trigger new light-and-music sequences.
- All-Over Glow. Pressing all 12 buttons simultaneously—including the center button—triggers the main light-and-music show, combining the light patterns into a single composition.
LOCATIONS
City squares, parks, waterfronts, residential complexes, shopping and cultural centers, hotels, and resorts.
DIMENSIONS
Dimensions: 9 × 10.5 m.
Central interactive button — 1 (600 mm in diameter).
Peripheral interactive buttons — 11 (500 mm in diameter).
Curved linear light fixtures — total length 46 running meters.
KEY ELEMENTS
Interactive floor-mounted light buttons, built-in curved light fixtures, a sound system,
An information sign and a system for controlling lighting, sound, and game scenarios. The buttons and lights are installed flush with the paving.
The lighting effects are synchronized with the music and are triggered by pressing the buttons. When players stop pressing the buttons, the lighting becomes more subdued. When the game is not in progress, the background lighting remains on.
The number of buttons, the length of the light strips, and the overall dimensions of the installation can be adapted to the specific characteristics of the space and the customer's preferences.
