ABOUT THE PROJECT

"The Solar System" turns the study of space into a game with light and music. At the center is a glowing Sun with touch sensors, surrounded by interactive buttons featuring the planets. Participants’ footsteps change the lighting of the Sun and the rings, and voice prompts enhance the space journey.

INTERACTION SCENARIOS

• Explore the planet. A participant steps on a button, illuminating the planet and changing the glow of the rings and the Sun. Depending on the program, music plays, the planet’s name is announced, or a brief description of it is provided.
• Find the planet. The game announces the name of the planet or gives a hint. Players must find the corresponding image and press the button. A correct answer is accompanied by a sound with congratulations and festive lighting effects.
• Journey from the Sun. Participants take turns activating the planets in order of their distance from the Sun, combining movement, play, and learning about the Solar System.
• The Shared Universe. Players work together to activate the planets, combining the Sun and the rings of light into a light and music show. The activation conditions are determined by the selected game program.

City squares, parks, waterfronts, residential complexes, science museums, areas in front of planetariums, and educational and cultural centers.

DIMENSIONS

The overall dimensions of the site are 8 meters in diameter.

The central "Sun" light hemisphere—2 m in diameter, 1 m high.

Interactive buttons—9 (600 mm in diameter).

Ring lights — 5 pieces (diameters of 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 m).

The total length of the ring lights is approximately 79 running meters.

KEY ELEMENTS

The “Sun” light hemisphere with touch sensors, interactive buttons featuring images of planets, ring-shaped lights, a sound system with music and voice narration, informational signs, and a control system for lighting, sound, and game scenarios. The buttons and lights are installed flush with the flooring. Soft lighting and music play in the background.

The dimensions of the installation and the Sun, the lighting design, and the play scenarios can be adapted to the available space and the client's preferences
